
Fees to Landlords:
Please find details of our fees below, all of which are subject to VAT;
Once your application is received, we will then confirm the terms with the landlord. If all parties agree, you will need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent.
Full Management Fee:
10% (of the monthly rent)
Rent Collect Fee:
7.5% (of the monthly rent)
Property Set up and Marketing Fee:
£250.00 (annual relet fee)
Maintenance Arrangement Fee:
10% (of the total invoice received by Roman City contractors)
Inventory, Check In & Out:
We work with three professional inventory companies, local to the area and experienced in dealing with student properties. They offer a combined check out, inventory & check in package. Prices vary based on property size and our charged at cost.
Additional Services
HMO Licencing
£100.00 (Administrative service for arranging and preparing a HMO application or renewal for mandatory licencing)
Although our aim is to take every care in managing the property, ROMAN CITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD cannot accept responsibility for the non-payment of rent or other defaults by tenants, or any associated legal costs incurred in their collection. An insurance policy is recommended for this eventuality.
