All our properties are within 3 miles of the City Centre in popular locations on or near bus routes and amenities. We ensure that properties are furnished and maintained to a high standard to provide tenants with a comfortable and welcoming homes.

Roman City are the largest student letting specialist in Bath with over 350 properties ranging from studio flats to 10 bedroom properties. All our larger properties hold HMO licences with B&NES council and are fully compliant with all current legislation giving you the confidence that your home is a safe place.

Our large and varied property portfolio means that we can accommodate either an individual student looking for a studio, or two friends or a couple looking for a flat together, or multiple sharers looking for a property for three to nine bedrooms.
